Dani Mancini’s career was a jungle-gym. She started as a governmental policy designer, worked as a copywriter, ghost writer, and communication manager. It did not work very well. Finally, in 2018 she decided to make a leap and go freelance full-time. She quit her job and started taking copywriting projects. To Dani’s surprise, the problem she stumbled upon was not the absence of customers, it was the absence of time. Her personal record was 7 clients at a time, she just could not afford to take more. And even with those 7 she had to work during weekends and holidays.

Actually, this is a common problem for many freelancers who are very good at what they are doing. They can’t handle more customers than their personal limits, and the obvious choice when this tipping point is reached is to open an agency and start hiring more freelancers that will help with managing the workload.
