Writing a copy or building a landing page for your startup — think of tapioca and sea pearls

Has it ever hapened to you? You get to the landing page and can’t figure out what to do? Or what the service is about? Or you followed the link that promissed the solution for the problem that you have been looking for — and landed on a page that addresses a slightly diferent problem, or this one but doesn’t seem to be your use-case.
That’s not a big deal. The big deal is that you can end up building for your startup something that will carry the same mixed message to your audience. It happened to me quite often — I used to struggle with figuring out what to put in the copy, what to write on the landing page, how everything should be structured. That is, until I figured out the basic difference between the ways information is delivered and perceived. After that — no struggles. Here’s the framework that I use.
Basically, there are 2 ways of delivering information: exploratory and explanatory.
